Repetitive strain and sports injuries

One-on-one care for individuals with repetitive strain and nerve compression injuries affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder. These may be due to prolonged computer use, athletic activity or manual labor.

Ergonomic evaluations

An in-home ergonomic evaluation focuses on assessing and improving the patient’s environment to reduce strain, improve comfort, and prevent or manage upper extremity injuries.

The evaluation includes:

• Assessment of home workstations
• Observation of functional activities
• Customized recommendations
• Education and body mechanics training
• Follow-up and progress monitoring
