In home ergonomic evaluation focuses on assessing and optimizing the patient’s environment to reduce strain, improve comfort, and prevent or manage upper extremity injuries. The evaluation includes assessment of home workstations, observation of functional activities, customized recommendations, education and body mechanics training, follow up and progress monitoring.
